Fulfillment & Refund Policy

Service Fulfillment:
All services offered through our website are fulfilled in person at a scheduled time and location agreed upon after purchase. After completing an order online, a member of our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm scheduling and next steps. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us directly at support@kammerdiener.us

Refunds & Cancellations:
Due to the nature of our personalized, in-person services, refunds are not automatically issued. However, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please contact our support team at least 24 hours in advance.

Refund requests must be initiated by contacting support at support@kammerdiener.us. We will review each request individually and may issue a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Digital Purchases:
If you purchase any digital products or downloadable content, those are considered delivered immediately and are non-refundable unless otherwise noted.
